Lemony Herbs

Lemony herbs can be a great addition to teas, and provide great flavor to culinary dishes. Most lemon herbs also have medicinal uses, and a very pleasing fragrance. 

Lemon Verbena - Eases anxiety, asthma and colic. Lemon verbena has culinary uses in tea, wines, stuffings and desserts Lemon verbena is very pleasant to drink, while also being helpful in easing nausea. 


Lemongrass - Lemongrass eases digestive upset and anxiety. Lemongrass contains a rich source of essential vitamins and minerals. Lemongrass tea aids digestion, stomach disorders and detox. 


Lemon Peel - Lemon peel is rich in beneficial fiber, vitamins, antioxidants and minerals. Lemon peel is high in calcium and vitamin C, which helps to keep bones and teeth strong. 


Lemon Mint - Cold and flu symptoms, insomnia, nausea, headaches, digestive upset. Lemon mint is both antibacterial and antiseptic, as well as being a great immunity booster. 


Lemon Balm - lemon Balm has been effective in easing symptoms of acid reflux, anxiety and various digestive disorders. Lemon balm is a nervine tonic, antispasmodic, and antimicrobial. Lemon balm is cooling to the liver, and cooling to the entire system when drunk cold.

Lemon Green Tea - The lemon trifecta, perfect for drinking warm with some honey, or cold with a sprig of mint, and slice of lemon. Lemon green tea provides the perfect gentle caffeine pick me up, while providing a deliciously light lemony mint flavor profile. 


Lemon Ginger Tulsi - Containing lemongrass, lemon peel, ginger and tulsi, this tea has a beautifully spicy and lemony flavor profile. It is another tea that is great served hot with a spoonful of honey, or cold on a hot summer's day. 


Stomach Soothing - Stomach soothe is made up of peppermint, ginger, lemongrass and licorice. These herbs have the power to coat and soothe the stomach lining in order to ease digestion, nausea and gas.  


Feminine Balance - Feminine balance contains red clover, spearmint, orange peel, hibiscus, rose petal, raspberry leaf, vitex berries, alfalfa, nettle, yarrow, oatstraw, lemon balm, and fennel. It harmonizes the hormones, aids fertility, reduces cramps, regulates blood flow and regulates PMS symptoms. It also contains loads of beneficial vitamins and minerals, and is delicious to drink warm with some honey.
