Welcome to the sunny side with this perfect, little medley of mellow honey bush, peppy mint and citrus zip. Served best with a full jug of ice cubes and a few friends. It’s entirely up to you if it’s tastiest hot or cold!
*Makes 10 servings (250ml each) OR one full 2 L pitcher of cold brewed tea.

4 tsp per 4 oz (125ml) of water
210 F | 96 C
Steep 4-6 min
Strain and Sweeten while tea is hot
Pour over ice and garnish
COLD METHOD
2 tsp per cup of cold water (8 tsp per Litre for larger batches)
Place in fridge and leave for at least 4 hours or over night.
Strain and serve.
