GLUHWEIN is a blend of Orange Peel, Lemon Peel, Cinnamon, Cloves, Fennel, Anise star, and cardamom. The ingredients are all high quality herbs and spices in original form, no powders are used. 
A Traditional drink served hot or warm and usually made with a dry, robust and fruity red wine for best results. It can be made with or with out alcohol and is usually served during the holiday season, especially around Christmas. Add a shot of kirsch liquor and cinnamon sticks for a more traditional touch.

***Brewing Instructions*****
- Add 1 bottle of red wine (or 6 cups apple cider) to sauce pan or crock pot.
- Add 1-2 tbls of spices (cheese cloth or muslin bag), 1 lemon sliced (optional) and 2 tbls of sugar (Or more to taste).
- Stir on Med heat until sugar is dissolved and reduce to low for about 30 min. Do not allow to boil.
- Strain or remove spices and serve Hot.
