Directions;

1. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil and add 1/4 cup or berries. 
2. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 min.
3. Strain Juice into a jar and sweeten with honey. Our cotton muslin bags fit perfectly over a 250ml canning jar and can be squeezed out once cool to get every drop of juice)
4. Allow to cool. Store in the fridge for up to 7 days.

Tips;

• Using a Wide bottom, metal sauce pan works best.
• Recipe should reduce to 1 cup of juice , simmer longer to achieve this
• Keep juice refrigerated and shake well before use
• Drink small amounts daily to boost immune system health. CAUTION for small children.
